The Fords Home Cover service is managed by Fords, an established, local company with an excellent reputation for customer satisfaction. Providing service and maintenance for home owners throughout Devon, Fords team of fully trained Gas Safe / Oftec registered engineers will ensure you get the service you deserve.

A simple service plan

Fords Home Cover will provide you with an easy to understand service plan, giving you peace of mind for either gas, oil or electric heating systems alongside a range of other household services. Our aim is to keep the terms and conditions as simple and transparent as possible so you know what you are buying. You can spread the cost via our easy payment plan or pay yearly.

The Fords Silver Heating Care agreement covers the inspection of a single wet gas central heating system as set out below.

A safety and maintenance inspection will be made to your boiler and system.

The labour and parts are covered if your boiler system should break down, together with priority treatment on call-out.

If your boiler is less than seven years old and parts cannot be obtained to repair your boiler, a suitable replacement boiler will be provided.

If your boiler is more than seven years old. as a Fords customer you will be entitled to a 10% discount on the cost of replacing the old boiler.

There is no age limit on your boiler or central heating system for acceptance into the scheme as long as it satisfies the initial inspection criteria.

Pump, timer and controls covered if integral to the boiler.

The Fords Gold Heating Care agreement covers everything in the Silver agreement but includes your complete central heating system, including radiators, hot water cylinders and pipe work for complete peace of mind. Unvented cylinders are not included, but can be covered at an extra cost. Nb. If parts are not available within the system and an upgrade is required, this will be chargeable.

 Plus an annual service to your boiler.
