Boiler Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Boiler Engineer to join our team. We provide annual boiler servicing as well as out of hours cover for Gas, Oil and LPG boilers.

It is essential that you are confident in boiler servicing and diagnosing faults. You will be required to both liaise with local suppliers to order parts, and use our trade store. You will work closely with our office Plumbing department, communicating with the team regularly.

Our out of hours service require you to be on call one week per calendar month.

Must be GasSafe registered
Previous plumbing experience including Gas, required
Company van provided
Ability to use smartphones/tablets
High level of customer service
Polite and respectful when visiting customers homes

Electrician

We are looking for a new Electrician to join our busy, ever-growing team!

This position will require great communication skills, interacting daily with customers, suppliers and within the office. You must also show good organisation skills and an ability to work within an energetic and rewarding environment.

Experience and technical knowledge within the field is essential, including domestic and small commercial installations.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation, AM2, City and Guilds 2382 (17th/18th Edition) 2391 or 2395

Plumbing Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Estimator/Manager to become a part of our Plumbing Contracts team!

This would suit someone with previous experience in the field or a suitably qualified heating engineer with a knowledge of running plumbing and heating projects/jobs.

Must be GasSafe, OFTEC would be an advantage but not necessary as training can be given
Previous plumbing experience including gas, required
Company van provided

Day to day tasks would include;

Understand and scrutinise Project Specifications and Drawings
Meeting with Clients and Consultants
Carry out site visits and surveys
Complete tenders within timescales
Design and build with additional, traditional contract knowledge
Building relationships with Companies
Producing RAMs as required
